What early access covers
Early access operates a small set of channels end to end: content-calendar drafting for your approval, scheduled publishing, continuous monitoring, and a drafted response for everything that needs one.
At the start, every outbound reply is approved by a human. Automatic sending widens only for reply categories where your voice and rules have proven themselves in live operation. We measure success by sustained on-brand cadence, response inside the target window and a complete audit trail — not by how much runs unattended.
First six months
A working loop across a handful of channels for the first accounts: approved calendars publishing on schedule, monitoring live around the clock, and every response drafted for human approval. The Brand & Policy Console and the audit log in daily use, with automatic replies limited to a narrow, explicitly approved set.
Around twelve months
More channels and more accounts, with automatic reply categories expanding only where policy adherence has been proven. Cadence and response-time reporting as standard, reliable escalation routing, and onboarding a new brand voice and policy materially faster than at launch.
Around eighteen months
A repeatable presence-operations service running many channels, with accumulated brand-voice and policy libraries making onboarding faster and drafts better from day one.
This is intended direction, not a commitment. It depends on what we learn with early customers, and we will keep the published scope honest as it develops.
