  • Who reads my message?

    A member of the Narrapulse team reads every message and replies directly. There is no automated agent standing in for a person in this inbox.

  • How is Narrapulse operated?

    AI colleagues perform the day-to-day operating work — scheduling, publishing and monitoring — within a brand and response policy that an accountable human approves. Sensitive interactions are escalated for human approval before any public statement is made.

  • What should I include in my message?

    It helps to tell us which social and community channels you run, roughly how often you publish, and where scheduling, monitoring or response is hardest to sustain. That lets us give a more useful reply.

  • What stage is Narrapulse at?

    Narrapulse is pre-launch, built by Future Thesis Lab in the DIFC, Dubai. We are holding early-access conversations with prospective customers and partners rather than selling a live service — which means you will be speaking with the people building it.
