Narrapulse is operated by Future Thesis Lab Technologies Limited (DIFC, Dubai, UAE). This policy explains what personal data we collect through narrapulse.com, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.
What we collect
Enquiries: the details you submit through our contact form (name, work email, company, and your message).
Newsletter: the email address you subscribe with. Subscriptions are double opt-in — nothing is sent until you confirm — and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Usage measurement: aggregate, anonymous usage statistics collected without cookies via Plausible Analytics. Individual visitors are not identified.
Purchases: if you buy from us, your order details. Card details are entered on pages hosted by Stripe, our payment processor, and never touch our servers.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiries; to operate, secure and improve the site; to send communications you have asked for, which you can withdraw from at any time; and to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis & jurisdiction
Personal data is processed under the DIFC Data Protection Law (DP Law 2020). We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors & transfers
We use a small set of service providers to run this site:
Netlify — website hosting and delivery.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Stripe — payment processing, on Stripe-hosted checkout pages.
Plausible Analytics — privacy-first, cookieless usage measurement.
Cloudflare — Turnstile anti-abuse verification on public forms.
Where these providers process data internationally, we rely on the safeguards available under the law named above.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete it. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Contact us at hello@narrapulse.com. You may also complain to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.
