Product

Plan, publish, monitor, respond — handled, inside your rules.

Narrapulse plans your content calendar, publishes on schedule, monitors every mention and comment, and drafts every response. Your team owns the brand voice, the calendar, the escalation policy and every sensitive public statement. You buy an operated service scaled to your channels and activity — not software you have to staff.

The defining boundary

Autonomous where routine; human where it matters.

One hard line runs through the whole service: replies we may send for you, and matters that must reach your team before anything is said in public.

Routine, pre-approved replies run automatically

Only reply categories your team has approved in advance are sent without you — a thank-you, a standard answer, a pointer to help. Every one is logged.

Sensitive matters stop at the boundary

Complaints, sensitive topics and anything carrying reputational risk are queued for your approval with a drafted response attached — acting takes seconds, but the decision is yours.

You hold the accountability

Crisis handling and final responsibility for what your brand says in public stay with you. The AI colleague never crosses the escalation boundary unattended.

The modules

Six modules, one set of rules — yours.

Each module does part of the daily work. All of them are constrained by the policy your team approves in the console.

Brand & Policy Console

The single place where your team stays in control. You define and sign off the brand voice, the content calendar, the reply categories that may go out automatically, and the escalation rules. Nothing operates outside what you approve here.

Content Planning & Calendar

AI colleagues draft and sequence your content calendar against the themes and cadence you have approved, then present it for your sign-off before anything is scheduled.

Publishing Engine

Generates and schedules posts across your connected channels through their official APIs, strictly within the approved calendar. Anything out of policy is held for you rather than published.

Monitoring & Listening

Watches mentions and comments across your managed channels continuously, so responses can land inside the window your audience expects — around the clock, not just office hours.

Response Drafting & Escalation Router

Drafts every reply. Sends only those inside your pre-approved routine categories automatically, and queues each sensitive, complaint or reputational-risk item for your approval with a drafted response attached.

Reporting & Audit Log

Shows your cadence, response times and activity, and keeps an immutable audit trail that distinguishes what was sent automatically from what a person approved.

Your first weeks

From sign-off to a running loop.

The same governed path for every customer, from first sign-off to a loop that runs on its own schedule.

Onboarding & governance setup

We capture your brand voice, escalation policy and automatic-reply scope in the console. Your sign-off is required before the operating loop goes live.

Calendar planning & approval

AI colleagues draft your calendar; you approve or edit it. The approved calendar becomes the binding publish schedule.

Publish loop

Posts are generated and published to the approved schedule. Any item that would fall outside your policy is halted and surfaced to you instead.

Monitor–respond loop

Monitoring runs continuously. Replies in your approved routine categories are sent and logged, while everything else is escalated to you with a drafted response, inside the target response window.

Escalation & crisis handling

Defined triggers route complaints, sensitive topics and reputational risk to your accountable owner. No public statement is made on such matters without your explicit approval.

Under the hood

AI colleagues operate; your policy constrains.

Everything the AI colleagues do is checked against the Brand & Policy Console — the voice, calendar and escalation rules your team approved — before it happens, not after.

Policy is checked before execution

Every proposed action is classified against your policy first. In-policy routine actions proceed and are logged; anything else is halted and queued for a human decision.

Official APIs and governed tooling

Narrapulse connects to your channels through their official APIs and drafts with modern content-generation models — wrapped in the governance and human-approval tooling of Future Thesis Lab, the studio behind it.

A service, not another dashboard

You do not operate Narrapulse; it operates for you. There is no tool for your team to staff — your work is approving the calendar, the rules, and the escalations that reach you.

Compliance and security

Human accountability, made demonstrable.

Governance is codified within the DIFC's framework, so human accountability for what your brand says can be shown — not merely asserted.

  • DIFC-governed
  • Immutable audit log
  • Least-privilege access

Approval, escalation and audit are recorded

Every action is written to an immutable audit trail that distinguishes automatic output from human-approved output — so you can always show who decided what.

Least-privilege credential handling

Your channel credentials and API access are handled under least privilege, and the service operates within the terms of each channel's API.

No claim of autonomy over sensitive communication

The posture is plain: a named human is accountable for every public statement of consequence made in your name.

What you get today, and where it is heading.

What early access covers

Early access operates a small set of channels end to end: content-calendar drafting for your approval, scheduled publishing, continuous monitoring, and a drafted response for everything that needs one.

At the start, every outbound reply is approved by a human. Automatic sending widens only for reply categories where your voice and rules have proven themselves in live operation. We measure success by sustained on-brand cadence, response inside the target window and a complete audit trail — not by how much runs unattended.

First six months

A working loop across a handful of channels for the first accounts: approved calendars publishing on schedule, monitoring live around the clock, and every response drafted for human approval. The Brand & Policy Console and the audit log in daily use, with automatic replies limited to a narrow, explicitly approved set.

Around twelve months

More channels and more accounts, with automatic reply categories expanding only where policy adherence has been proven. Cadence and response-time reporting as standard, reliable escalation routing, and onboarding a new brand voice and policy materially faster than at launch.

Around eighteen months

A repeatable presence-operations service running many channels, with accumulated brand-voice and policy libraries making onboarding faster and drafts better from day one.

This is intended direction, not a commitment. It depends on what we learn with early customers, and we will keep the published scope honest as it develops.
