Your channels, kept consistent — with the line drawn by a person.

Narrapulse runs your social and community presence within a brand voice and escalation policy you approve. AI colleagues plan, publish, and monitor day to day; routine pre-approved replies go out on schedule, and anything sensitive is held for your judgement before a word is published.

What Narrapulse is

Governed operation, not ungoverned automation.

A subscription service in which AI colleagues carry the recurring work of posting, watching, and replying — inside limits an accountable human sets and owns.

A presence that does not lapse

AI colleagues publish your approved content calendar on schedule across connected channels, so cadence holds even when posting would otherwise compete with everything else on your desk.

Same-day routine replies

When a prospect comments or sends a message during business hours, pre-approved routine replies are drafted and sent within a same-day window, so enquiries are answered before they move on.

A line you draw once

You define the brand voice, the calendar, the escalation rules, and exactly which reply categories may go out autonomously. Everything outside that boundary waits for a named person.

Five parts, one operating boundary.

Where accountable humans define and sign off the brand voice, content calendar, escalation rules, and the reply categories the system may send autonomously. Every policy change is versioned and forms the operating boundary for the AI colleagues.

How a customer moves through it

From sign-off to reporting.

The same path each brand follows, with the human-approval loop in the centre of it.

Brand onboarding and policy sign-off

You define brand voice, cadence, escalation thresholds, and the autonomous-reply categories in the Policy Console. That signed-off policy is the boundary the AI colleagues then operate within.

Plan, approve, and publish

AI colleagues propose a content calendar and drafts. You approve the plan, after which routine posts publish on schedule while exceptions return to you for review.

Monitor, reply, and escalate

The system watches your channels continuously, sends pre-approved routine replies autonomously, and escalates complaints, sensitive topics, and reputational risks to an accountable human before any public statement.

Report and audit

You — and, for agencies, the client — receive a record of what was sent autonomously versus human-approved, evidencing both governance and presence consistency for the period.

The agentic architecture

AI colleagues carry the load; humans hold the authority.

The operating work runs end to end within governed limits, against a machine-readable policy a person has signed off.

Work against a signed-off policy

AI colleagues draft and sequence calendars, generate and schedule posts across connected channel APIs, monitor mentions and comments, and prepare draft responses — always against the brand voice, calendar, escalation thresholds, and enumerated autonomous-reply categories you approved in the Console.

An enumerated boundary, not discretion

Routine, pre-approved reply categories are dispatched autonomously; every other action is queued for human approval. Sensitive topics, complaints, and reputational risks must reach a named human before any public statement. The system never expands its own autonomous scope without an approved policy change.

Per-brand learning over time

The operation builds a per-brand voice and response model, which over time reduces the share of items needing human review while keeping the audit trail complete.

Human accountability retained

Accountable humans set and sign off the brand voice, approve the calendar, define which replies run autonomously, and hold full responsibility for all public brand communication and crisis handling.

Compliance and security boundaries

What is logged, and where the line sits.

Governance is the product, so the record of what happened is treated with the same care as the work itself.

Scoped access to credentials and data

Channel credentials and customer data are held under the studio's shared security controls, with access scoped per customer.

An immutable record

Every published item, autonomous reply, and escalation is logged immutably, so you can evidence exactly what the system did on your behalf.

Attributable policy changes

Policy changes are versioned and attributable to the human who approved them.

A firm line at weighty communication

The service draws a firm line at public communication carrying legal, regulatory, or reputational weight, routing it to human judgement rather than acting.

Where the product is heading

Our direction, stated as direction — not a commitment.

Narrapulse is at pre-seed stage. The following describes where we intend to take the product as we validate it with an early cohort.

Prove the loop

A working service operating a limited set of channels for an initial cohort, with the Policy Console, the plan-approve-publish loop, monitoring with human-approved routine replies, and a complete audit trail. The focus is validating the escalation boundary and collecting willingness-to-pay and workload-reduction evidence.

Broaden coverage and serve agencies

Broader channel coverage and a maturing per-brand voice model that measurably reduces the share of items requiring human review, plus a configuration for agency principals operating multiple client accounts under separate governance, with client-facing audit reporting. Commercial focus on North America first.

Repeatable, multi-tenant operation

A repeatable, multi-tenant operation serving both open-market SMEs and FTLAB's AI-born ventures, with Western Europe as the second geography. Governance tooling and per-brand learning mature enough that marginal cost per additional account is low, and the audit trail is positioned as a differentiator for brand-safety-conscious buyers.
